Description: From the start, The Philanthropy Connection, founded in 2012, was committed to fostering the next generation of women philanthropists. We did this by creating a Fellowship program, offering 5 competitive Fellowships to women under the age of 35. Today, thanks to the recruiting efforts of our Fellows, 20% of our total membership (288 women) is under the age of 35. Now that we've attracted so many young women, we need to engage them. This is proving more difficult than TPC's founders ever imagined it would be. In this webinar we will discuss the good and not-there-yet aspects of TPC's Young Philanthropist Initiative.
